Cancelation Policy:

As a courtesy, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment.

If you miss your appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your service total.

Refund Policy:

All of our services are nonrefundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. Adjustments to your color or cut will be honored within five days of your service.
